4. User Responsibilities

When engaging with Sribha Realtech, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Conduct independent due diligence before investing or purchasing.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including RERA and IT Act 2000.
• Not misuse our services for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

5. Payments & Fees

• Brokerage/remuneration is governed by agreements signed with developers and/or buyers.
• All payments must be made only through official Sribha Realtech accounts.
• We are not responsible for any payments made directly to third parties without written confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, and material on our website and communications are the property of Sribha Realtech or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sribha Realtech shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or delay arising from reliance on developer promises or project delays.
• Any disputes between buyer and developer post-sale.
